How long is the training?

Approximately 60 minutes. Plan for 75 minutes to be safe and to allow time for questions at the end.

Do I need a camera or microphone?

No — neither is required. You just watch and listen. Camera and mic are completely optional.

I'm busy during the week — can I still benefit?

The entire system is designed for busy people with 45–90 minutes a day. If you can't make the live time, the replay will be sent — but live is always better for the bonuses.

Do I need any experience or tech skills?

None at all. Gavin started at 57 with zero tech knowledge. The training is designed specifically for complete beginners.
